It was a Halloween sort of week!
We had a week dedicated to Halloween this year! On Saturday, 10/25, we attended the Miller's pumpkin carving party that we have gone to for the last few years. We always save our pumpkins to carve there and have a great time of food and fun. Last year, Trevor was just days from being born! This year he had a great time crawling all over the place and playing with toys and other kids.

The next afternoon the kids dressed up in their costumes for some daytime Trick or Treating up at the Seattle Waterfront. They enjoyed seeing all the other children all dressed up, and of course, the candy!
We were able to visit with our friends, the Oldrights, for a few minutes and took some pictures of the kids. We have some Superheroes...

We walked quite a ways to get to the Maritime Museum. The three big kids were having fun dancing their way along the waterfront.

On Friday afternoon, after stopping by Papa Murphy's for their free individual sized pizzas, we went to visit Daddy at work. We passed out our Rice Krispy Pumpkins to coworkers and the kids had fun gallavanting about World Vision.
The kids stayed in costumes and after eating their yummy pizzas, we trick or treated our way down the street to a local church where they were having a harvest festival. Not very many neighbors were home, but the kids enjoyed their first time trick or treating!

They had a toddler room for the little kids, so even Trevor was able to find something fun to do!

On Wednesday night, the kids dressed up again for costume night at Awana. It also happened to be Caroline's night to bring snack and be the flag salute leader!

Hooray for fun Halloween traditions! I see that there was some categorizing of Halloween candy in that last shot of your kids and their loot. All the kitkats are together... al the hersheys bars are together...this was my favorite thing to do after trickortreating when I was little!
Your kids had no cavities this year, we'll see what next year brings. ;)
