We all went to a birthday party of one of Erica's school friends. It was at a local pool and the family was gracious enough to allow our other kids to come along. They all enjoy the water!
This is lumpia (I hope I have the spelling correct!) - one of my favorite foods. It's a Filipino eggroll, basically. Yum!
