I grew up really enjoying artichokes and every now and then I'll buy them when they are on sale. I'm always hesitant to try new things with the kids though because often the food just goes to waste. I knew that Erica liked artichokes from a long time ago, but I wasn't so sure about Kyle and Caroline.
Erica literally counted how many leaves she had!
I think Kyle had 2 leaves and he was done with it.
Surprise of all surprises - Caroline loved them!
