Fun in the Sun!

Here are some pictures from our day today!

Greg took Erica, Kyle, and Caroline to the local elementary school playground this morning while I stayed home with Trevor while he was napping.

Caroline was creative at lunch today...here she is with her Dorito boats for her grape people!

Here is our sicky, teething, drooling boy. He wouldn't eat much, but he did enjoy these crackers. He was pretty miserable today, which is unusual!

After lunch, the sun decided to make it's appearance so we went off to the beach! Here are the kids with their new sand toys (that won't break as we dig!).

Okay, does anyone have any idea of what this might be?! We walked down to the water to fill up our buckets for the sandcastle and saw these jelly-like things on the sand. They obviously washed up with the surf, but what are they?!!!!

I love this picture of Erica filling up her bucket with the wind blowing her hair and the surf behind her. We love the ocean!

Sisters in the sand!

Trevor spent some of our time on the beach in his carseat in the van, where we thought he might fall asleep. Nope, didn't happen. He wanted to be with us outside!
